BOULE is a small sourdough bakery. Everything is long-fermented, hand-shaped and baked in a stone deck oven the same morning you eat it.

A wild sourdough starter kept alive since 2011. Long cold ferments for flavour and a crust that shatters. We mill our own wholegrain and bake on stone, every single morning.
Order before 10am for same-day collection, or subscribe to a weekly loaf. We'll have it bagged and ready.
